Who we are

DollFX (https://dollfx.com) turns one photo of a doll, figure, or collectible into a looping GIF or transparent video. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use DollFX, we may collect:

• Account information from Google sign-in, such as your Google account ID, name, and email address.
• Content you upload, including photos, and files we create from them (cutouts, green-screen images, videos, GIFs, and transparent video).
• Prompts, motion presets, duration, quality mode, and background color you choose.
• Billing records if you subscribe, such as plan, renewal dates, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored on DollFX servers.
• Technical logs needed to run the service, such as IP address, browser type, and request times.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create your account, keep you signed in, and show your GIF library.
• Remove the background from your photo, generate video, and export a looping GIF or transparent video.
• Enforce free, Plus, and Pro limits, process membership, and send billing-related notices.
• Keep the service secure, debug failures, and improve reliability.

Processors we use

DollFX uses other companies to operate. They only receive what they need to provide that part of the service:

• Google — sign-in.
• Supabase — account data and private file storage.
• Alibaba Cloud ImageSeg — photo cutout.
• fal.ai and Kling — image-to-video generation.
• Creem — checkout and subscriptions.
• Vercel — hosting the website.

Storage and retention

Uploaded photos and generated files are stored in your DollFX library so you can download them later. We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and as needed for tax, dispute, or security reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and stored files by emailing the address below.

Sharing

We do not sell your photos or personal information. We share data only with the processors listed above, if required by law, or to protect DollFX and other users from abuse.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic site preferences. Google sign-in may set its own cookies.

Children

DollFX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can access or download GIFs in My GIFs while signed in. You can sign out at any time. To correct account details, update them in your Google account. To delete your DollFX data, email us. You may also have rights under laws that apply to you, including access, deletion, and objection to certain processing.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of DollFX after an update means you accept the revised policy.
