Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and DollFX (https://dollfx.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use DollFX.
Our Privacy Policy at https://dollfx.com/privacy.html explains how we handle information.
The service
DollFX lets you upload a photo, isolate the subject, generate a short in-place animation, and export a looping GIF or transparent video. Features, quality, duration, and monthly limits depend on whether you use the free, Plus, or Pro plan.
Generation uses third-party models. Results vary. We do not guarantee a specific look, speed, or that every photo will succeed.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be old enough to enter this agreement in your country, and at least 13.
Your content
You keep the rights to photos you upload and to GIFs or videos you export. You grant DollFX a limited license to process, store, and display that content only to provide the service to you.
You must have the right to upload the photo. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights, is illegal, or is sexual content involving minors.
Plans and payment
Free includes a limited number of generations, as shown on the site. Plus and Pro are billed through Creem at the prices listed on https://dollfx.com/pricing. Taxes may apply.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel in account billing or through the payment provider. Unused monthly generations do not roll over unless we say otherwise. Fees already paid are generally not refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse DollFX, including by attempting to break in, scrape the service in an abusive way, reverse engineer the product, resell access, overload the generators, or use outputs to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
DollFX is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated media will be fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use exported GIFs and videos.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DollFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of files. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for DollFX in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid.
Changes and termination
We may change features, prices, or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. We may stop providing the service or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using DollFX at any time.
